| Mr. Babar Ali Syed |

Mr. Babar Ali Syed has extensive experience in various telecom technology segments in Pakistan and abroad. Before joining WorldCall Telecom Limited, he held senior management positions with Alcatel in Pakistan (Project Coordination Manager ETISALAT CATV Project). Additionally, he headed global operations for a multinational services outfit focused on high-end telecom solutions in Pakistan and Emirates. Major projects include three ADP projects for Pakistan Telecommunication Communication Company Limited (Alcatel Pakistan Limited) and ETISALAT E-vision Project (Alcatel NSD, France). Additional projects executed during his career include DWDM Project Huawei for PTCL (sole subcontractor), WorldCall Broadband Limited project for 50,000 home pass in Karachi (Prime Consultancy) and Testing/ Commissioning/Integration for ETISALAT E Vision project. His project execution portfolio exceeds USD 250 million.
Mr. Syed has been with WorldCall for the last seven years and was the MD before his current assignment as CEO in Aug 2008. He holds a bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics) from UET, Taxila, Pakistan. |

Mr. Faisal Murad posses over 13 years of experience in the field of Telecom, Project Engineering, Information Technology and Network Engineering and has remained associated with Ericsson, DVCOM Ltd., Ufone and Alcatel.
Before joining Worldcall Telecom Ltd in Oct 2010 as CTO, his last assignment was with Erricson as COO Managed Services for Warid.
He is an electrical engineer and holds MSc in Wireless Communications from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University Blacksburg, VA USA. |

Mr. Noaman Adil has over 13 years of experience in the field of Finance & Accounts and Audit. He has remained associated with A.F. Ferguson & Co. and KPMG in different capacities.
Before Joining WorldCall, he was with A.F. Ferguson & Co. (PriceWaterhouseCoopers). He has been associated with WorldCall since Dec 2003 and has served at various positions.
Mr. Noaman is presently serving as Chief Financial Officer at WorldCall Telecom Ltd. He is an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. |

| Mr. Amir Mahmood |

Mr. Amir Mahmood has over 13 years of diversified experience in senior management positions and during his professional career he has remained associated with different national and multinational companies such as Chimera Pvt. Ltd. and Media Times Ltd.
Prior to joining WorldCall in Nov 2005, his last assignment was with Pak Kuwait Textiles Ltd. as CFO.
Currently he is serving as Chief Commercial Officer at WorldCall Telecom Ltd. Mr. Amir Mahmood is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. |

Mr. Abu Zar has got over 18 years of experience in the fields of IT and management. Before joining WorldCall, he has served in different capacities with Dawood Hercules Chemical Ltd., Punjab Information Technology Board and A.F. Ferguson & Co. (PricewaterhouseCoopers).
Currently he is Chief Operating Officer at WorldCall Telecom Ltd. Mr. Abu Zar is a graduate in engineering from UET Lahore, besides he holds Masters in Business Administration and Computer Sciences from University of the Punjab and LUMS respectively. |

Mr. Rizwan Abdul Hayi has over 9 years of diversified experience of handling both listed and private limited company accounts. During his professional career he has remained associated with Makro Habib Pakistan Ltd., Schering Asia GmbH / Medipharm Pvt. Ltd. and Tariq Glass Industries Ltd.
Before joining WorldCall in February 2009 as General Manager Corporate & Tax, his last assignment was at Berger Paints Pakistan Ltd. as Financial Controller.
Currently he is Company Secretary and Director Revenue Assurance at WorldCall Telecom Ltd. Mr. Rizwan Abdul Hayi is an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. |
